Not a debt
A repeat here is not a punishment or something owed; it marks a recurring theme. The tail is not a trial and nothing in it is a sentence. The tail is the four raw digits of the birth year; when one arcana appears more than once, this system reads its theme as concentrated, not as something owed. The tradition suggests holding it by reviewing and releasing the past cleanly, then answering the call rather than looping in endless self-examination.
